ulong Scale Like RangeBias, Scale helps save bits when serializing a value. Before serialization, a field is divided by the value of Scale. If a field contains only odd or only even values, the range of values can be reduced by half by using a scale of 2 (Scale=2). A combination of RangeBias and Scale is also possible.
