Recognize & Process Forms on Web Image Viewer Requirements
Before starting to recognition forms on the Web Image Viewer, make sure that you have installed.
- Operating systems - Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP, etc

Load a Document with Forms Embedded
- Open your Web Image Viewer;
- Select "Files" on the menu and click "Open";
- Open loading table and choose "Load from PC" to load a documents with forms embedded from local directory;
- Select "Load from Scanner" to acquire documents with forms embedded from scanner.
Start to Recognize Forms
- Select the document on the Web Image Viewer;
- Select "Forms" on the menu and click it;
- Open Forms table, select "Recognition";
- Choose "XML" as output format in "Save" option and click start;
- Click "Cancel" to stop forms recognition process
Process Forms
- Select the document on the Web Image Viewer;
- Select "Forms" on the menu and click it;
- Open Forms table, select "Processing";
- Select "Brightness" to set the Brightness, Intensity, and Contrast of images;
- Choose "Deskew" to deskew the images;
- Select "Despeckle" to remove small specks or noise from images;
- Select "Hole Removal", "Border Removal", "Border Removal", "Line Removal" to remove hole punches, black borders, horizontal and vertical lines from images;
- Click "Save" to save processing results.
