View a PDF from Files and Scanners

• Open your Windows Imaging Viewer and drag PDFReader onto it;
• Select "Load" to open a PDF documents from your computer;
• Select "Load from Scanner" to open a PDF documents from compatible scanners;

Manipulate PDF Documents

• Open your Windows Imaging Viewer and drag PDFReader onto it;
• Select "Load" to open a couple of PDF documents;
• Select "Merge" to merge those documents;
• Highlight a page and select "Insert" to insert a new page;
• Highlight a page and select "Delete" to delete it;
• Choose "Rectangle" to select the text you want to extract;
• Find a position and select "Annotation" to create annotation on PDF;
• Select "Encrypt" to encode password;
• Select "Decrypt" to delete password.
• Select "Rotate Clockwise" to rotate current page into clockwise 90 degree;
• Select "Rotate Counter-Clockwise" to rotate current page into counter-clockwise 90 degree;
• Select "Flip Vertically" to flip the current page vertically;
• Select "Flip Horizontally" to flip the current page horizontally;

PDF Format Conversion

• Click on the "Conversion";
• Open Conversion table, select the "JPEG" in "Output Format";
• Click "OK" to start.

Save and Print PDF Documents

• Select "Save" to save a PDF;
• Select "Print" to print documents from Windows Image Viewer.
