Yiigo .NET Twain Plugin can be easily installed on any native 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, including Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7; Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008; Linux, UNIX; Mac OS and Mac OS X.

Yiigo .NET Twain Plugin supports .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/4.0 and can be integrated within Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 (any edition) with a great ease. Visual C#.NET, VB.NET, Managed C++ and Borland Delphi for .NET and other programming language can be used within this Document Imaging SDK.

Users may acquire and display documents & images on all the major web browsers, such as IE7+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari...

Yiigo .NET Twain Plugin allows users to acquire color, grey scale and black and white image from scanners, capture cards and digital cameras using TWAIN 1.x or 2.x specifications. It supports automatic document feeders (ADF) for single & multi-page scanning, and provides different scanning modes, such as batch scanning for large number page scanning simultaneously, duplex scanning for scanning both front and back of page.

It is easy to define the TWAIN transfer mode (Native, Buffered Memory and Disk File) and control the resolution, position, size, orientation, brightness and contrast during acquisition. Or, users may customize scanning and loading process according to their needs using Yiigo .NET Twain APIs.

The Yiigo .NET Twain Plugin can be seamlessly integrated within Yiigo.Image for .NET. All the CAD drawings can be read as rasterized images and can be viewed, annotated, processed, and converted into other document & images formats by Yiigo.Image for .NET. Barcode, images, patch code, text, MICR, and other information of scanned images & documents can be easily extracted. In addition, users may save acquired images into local disk, web server and database in BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF multi-page TIFF, PDF and multi-page PDF formats.

Yiigo .NET Twain Plugin can handle regular documents file formats too, such as PDF, MS-Word (.DOC & .DOCX), MS-PPT (.PPT & .PPTX), TXT, RTF, HTML...
